Cheatsheets, checklists, downloadables and printables

Posters for printing and cheat sheets for taking action to live with less stuff, less plastic and less waste

Sometimes we need a checklist, an action sheet or a step-by-step guide to help us with the next steps to changing our habits. Here you’ll find downloadable PDFs to help you move closer to your goal.

Even better, they are totally free! Not even a sign-up required. If you’d like to use or share any of these tiles for non-commercial purposes, you are most welcome to download them. One request – please don’t edit them in any way without asking me first.

Creating less waste in the kitchen

Track your kitchen waste (and habits)

Understanding our habits is an excellent way to begin to change them, and know where to start. These checklists are designed to help you with this. Keep track of what food you throw away, what you spend on groceries and where you can recycle all of the packaging you end up with – from there you can start to tweak your habits to make better choices.

To access the PDFs, simply click the button and they will open up in a new tab. From there, you can download the files and save to your computer, or print out as you need.

Encouraging others to compost

You might not be able to persuade everyone you know to set up a composting system, but perhaps you can compost on their behalf. If you’d like to collect food scraps from your neighbours or colleagues, and want to help simplify the process by giving them a quick guide of what you do and don’t want, you can download this helpful printable and hand it to your neighbours or pin in to the wall in the staff lunch room.

To download the PDFs, all you need to do is click the button. Then you can download the file and save it or print it off as you need.
