Tried and tested truths for reducing waste in the kitchen. Starting with the way we shop and the things we buy, how to store food once home, and what to do with food scraps, we will cover the many ways to use less packaging, lower our carbon footprint, and reduce food waste – whilst still eating good food!
Participants will leave with practical tips, and plenty of ideas for easy swaps or simple changes, as well as a better understanding of our food system and our part in it.
